1️⃣ Jaké brusle pro začátečníka?

Pro začátečníky jsou nejvhodnější in-line fitness brusle, které jsou určeny pro rekreační jízdu na cyklostezkách a v parcích. Začátečnické brusle by měly mít menší (max. 80 mm) a měkčí kolečka (cca 74A), která jsou ideální pro pomalejší jízdu, a díky kterým se brusle lépe ovládá.

2️⃣ Na co je dobré bruslení?

In-line bruslení nabízí skvělý způsob jak zpevnit a zformovat svaly – zejména v oblasti nohou a hýždí a pomáhá také posilovat zádové svaly. Jízda na in-line bruslích je u mnohých lidí populární také proto, že jim aktivní pohyb v přírodě jednoduše přináší psychické uvolnění a radost.

3️⃣Jak mají sedět brusle?

In-line brusle byste si měli před nákupem řádně vyzkoušet – zda jste zvolili vhodnou velikost a brusle dobře sedí, poznáte nejlépe ve chvíli, kdy je budete mít správně zavázané a zaujmete bruslařský postoj. V tu chvíli musí brusle obepínat nárt a poskytovat dostatečnou oporu, nesmí však tlačit v oblasti lýtka. Pata by měla dobře sedět v polstrování a prsty musí být natažené.
