Recommended intake: 1 capsule, preferably with a meal.
Ingredients: rice flour; capsule material: gelatin; chemical form of vitamin C: L-ascorbyl-6-palmitate, anti-caking agent: stearic acid, chemical form of vitamin H: D-biotin.
