The book Principles of Bata Management System belongs to the so-called post-Bata literature. These books could only be published by the authors after 1990 due to political restrictions.

Zdenek Rybka graduated from Bata School of Labour. He used Bata´s principles throughout his career not only in all the job positions he held, but also in his private life.

The book presents dozens of Bata´s principles, which the author describes based on personal experience. It also describes Tomas Bata in his individual roles and positions. The chapters are readable, concise and short.
